Smart car sharing without the hassle

Step 1
Register on claus2you.be via the registration button or via the claus2you app
Step 2
Enter your personal information and create a password. If you are a business customer and would like to receive an invoice for your driving credit, you can check this box and enter your billing information.
Step 3
Enter your ID card number and upload a photo of the front and back of your ID card and driver's license.
Step 4
You will receive a confirmation email. Click the link and log in again with your email address and chosen password.
Step 5
Upload a certificate of primary residence via the Myclaus2you platform or email it to us at info@claus2you.be. You can easily download your certificate.

Step 6
You will receive a separate email with the Terms of Use and Digital Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully and sign the document digitally.
Step 7
Your account is still being verified by Claus2you, but you can check the availability of shared cars.
Step 8
Once your account is confirmed by Claus2you, you will receive another email and will be able to make reservations.

Step 1
Make sure you have sufficient credit on your credit card. You can top up your credit card in the app. To do this, use the "Deposit" button. After selecting an amount and confirming, you will be redirected to the payment page.
Step 2
Via de knop ‘nieuwe reserveringen’ kan je een beschikbare wagen op zoek en reserveren.
Select the desired location where you want to pick up the car
Choose a start date and time when you pick up the car and begin the trip
Select an end date and time when you return the car to the start location.
Indicate the number of kilometers you plan to travel. This will allow us to give you an estimate of the cost of using the shared car. You will only be charged for the kilometers actually traveled.
Click on “search for a vehicle”
Step 3
You will receive an overview of available cars at or near your chosen location. If a specific car type is no longer available, you can easily choose another time slot to use it.
Step 4
Select your preferred car and confirm your reservation.

Merk je dat je niet op tijd terug geraakt? Via de app kan je steeds zelf de reservatie van de wagen verlengen (mits beschikbaarheid van de wagen en voldoende saldo in de app). Kan je omwille van overmacht toch de wagen niet op tijd terugbrengen en kan je de reservering zelf niet meer verlengen, contacteer dan voor het einduur de helpdesk op de nummer 0470 95 32 02.
